The Irondale Baseball League has created its first ever adaptive baseball league for players with disabilities. IBL has created a safe place for youth athletes to learn about the game of baseball, be a part of a team, strengthen social skills, and have fun!
Teams will meet once a week for one hour. During this time, a travel team within our league will pair up with the players to help teach them basic skills, socially interact, and create a fun learning environment. The first 20 minutes of the hour will be designated toward skill building and rotate the players through various stations. The final 40 minutes will be a game where each player will bat, field, and run the bases.
Please join us for this exceptional experience!
